Auronellie is not just a name. It is a feeling: a frequency of energy that you can tune into. It rolls off the tongue as a sacred declaration of beauty and wisdom. It came to me during a sound meditation in 2018.
Auronellie is a combination of two divine feminine names: Aurora, the Roman goddess of dawn; and Nellie, short for the Greek Cornelia, which means “horn”. Together they create a name infused with divine feminine magic.
Auronellie & Company is inspired by the mystery schools of the Egyptian goddess Isis. The goddess is depicted as having giant gold wings, brandishing a regal sun-disk headdress with horns.
The sound of the word Auronellie (Our-On-EL-Ee) also creates an acronym: R.N.L.E. This stands for Right Now, Let’s Enjoy.
Bonus fun fact: “Aranelli” is a folk name of the star gooseberry tree, or the Otaheite gooseberry, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine. The leaves, flowers, and fruit of this tree are used as a cognitive tonic, liver cleanser, blood sugar reducer, and hair growth aid. (Pictured below)
