Now available to everyone.

Uncover a world of esoteric knowledge

Enroll as an apprentice at any time, and gain immediate access to a self-paced, comprehensive curriculum rooted in the comparative study of ancient Hermetic, Vedic, and Abrahamic wisdom traditions. Updated regularly.

In addition to your lectures, you will have access to a digital database of rare, curated spiritual literature, transmitted by artists, healers, and mystical teachers through the ages.

Get inspired to create more

Use every bit of knowledge you gain from your apprenticeship to apply to your personal creative process. When you open yourself up to receive this timeless guidance, you will find that your natural abilities begin to flourish.

Receive a downloadable self-study workbook, guided meditations, and inspiring media to take with you to your studio, to help you refine your process and destroy writer’s block, stage fright, or blank canvas syndrome.

Stay accountable with group study

Every Saturday morning, come together for a live Zoom class to cover a new topic of the curriculum in greater detail. Nerd out with fellow apprentices, get your questions answered, and use this time to practice your focus, discernment, and communication skills.

As an AUM apprentice, your participation in synchronous group study is optional, yet incredibly valuable to the success of the collective. Your contributions are what make the learning process so powerful!

This is a course made for real people, real artists, real healers.

So you can live, create, and work better.

And make really cool stuff as a result.

Meet your Mentor

Hello, my name is Kay Forest. I am a full-time working artist, performer, and metaphysician.

I was trained by my gurus in the Kriya Yoga tradition, with concentrations in Vedic psychology, movement, and sound healing. My spiritual heritage lies in Rosicrucianism, mediumship, and European folk herbalism. I have a 500-hr certificate in yoga, breathwork, and meditation.

The ancient world has always fascinated me, and I believe that passing down the wisdom of our mystical ancestors is the most important aspect of my life’s work.

The Vedas (the origin of Yogic philosophy) are the world’s oldest religious texts still in use today. The composition of the Vedas predates the existence of the Hebrew bible by about 2,500 years.

So… there’s a lot to unpack.
