Client Agreement:

Clients understand they must be 18 years of age or older to book a service. Auronellie Activations reserves the right to fire clients, refuse service, or cancel appointments due to a misrepresentation of identity, verbal/written harassment, failure to provide payment, or any other circumstance deemed inappropriate by the Company. Clients will knowingly assume responsibility of risk when booking a service, and agree to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times while engaging with the Company.

No Refunds:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered, including but not limited to personal readings, consultations, or any other services offered.

Confidentiality:

While your information will be kept private, the Company cannot guarantee confidentiality. Please be aware that sharing personal details during a reading may impact the accuracy of the interpretation.

Intellectual Property:

All content provided during or after a reading or consultation, including visual, audio, and written interpretations, insights, and educational content, is the intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell this content without prior written consent.
